    Terms and Conditions – International Customers

    Handmade jewellery from Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic

    These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Ele Pele online store by customers outside the Czech Republic. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

    2. Products

    All Ele Pele jewellery is handmade in our workshop in Jablonec nad Nisou using carefully selected materials (Japanese Miyuki beads, crystals, stainless steel components, etc.).

    Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor differences in colour, shape or size are not considered defects, but rather a sign of originality.

    Product photographs are illustrative. Colour tones may slightly vary depending on your screen settings.

    3. Prices and Payment

    All prices are listed in EUR (or other selected currency) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

    Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

    We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price valid at the moment of order confirmation applies.

    4. Discount Codes and Promotions

    Discount codes, vouchers and promotional discounts are currently valid only for customers in the Czech Republic, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    Discounts cannot be combined unless stated.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    We ship internationally via Packeta (Zásilkovna) – www.packeta.com.

    Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country and carrier. Delays caused by customs procedures, transport providers or force majeure are beyond our control.

    The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees applicable in their country.

    6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

    In accordance with EU legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day following receipt of the goods.

    Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and clean

    • Items must be returned in their original condition

    • Items showing signs of wear, use, dirt or damage will not be accepted

    The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

    7. Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item, the product must be unworn and unused.

    Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    8. Complaints and Warranty

    All products are covered by the statutory warranty in accordance with EU law.

    Complaint Conditions:

    • Only clean products are accepted for complaints

    • Products sent dirty or visibly worn may be rejected

    We use the RETINO online complaint system, which allows you to submit your complaint easily online.

    To submit a complaint via Retino, you need:

    • Your order number

    • The e-mail address used for the order

    Detailed instructions are available on our website.

    9. Post-Warranty Repairs and Service

    We also accept products for service or repair after the warranty period.

    Conditions:

    • The customer pays for shipping to us

    • After inspection, we will inform you of the repair cost before proceeding

    • Repairs are carried out only after your approval

    10. Liability

    Ele Pele is not liable for:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by improper use, handling or storage

    • Damage caused by contact with water, chemicals, perfumes or cosmetics, unless stated otherwise

    We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, sports or sleeping.

    11. Personal Data Protection

    We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable EU legislation.

    Personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery and customer communication. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

    Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.

    13. Intellectual Property Rights

    All products, designs, photographs, texts and visual materials presented on the Ele Pele website are protected by copyright law.

    Some jewellery designs are additionally protected by registered or unregistered industrial design (utility design) rights.

    Any copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent of Ele Pele Design s.r.o. is strictly prohibited.

    14. Final Provisions

    We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of order applies.

    If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
