Starting with Coffee and Your Joy
Every single day begins the same way—with the scent of freshly ground coffee and a gathering around one large table. We catch up on what's new, get on the same wavelength, and open the system with your orders.
Seeing how many of you chose to treat yourselves to life's little joys gets us every single time. It's the exact moment that recharges our batteries and reminds us why we love handcrafted work so much.
The Creative Ritual: Hands Flying, Beads Shining
Once we dive into work, our tables transform into the most colorful paradise imaginable. We lay out bowls filled with vibrant Miyuki beads, sparkling Swarovski crystals, natural sea shells, and delicate cords.
With our favorite playlist or a suspenseful podcast playing in the background, genuine craftsmanship kicks into high gear. We carefully tie sliding knots on bracelets, fine-tune details on anklets, and assemble necklaces. Every single millimeter of material passes through our hands—and we genuinely believe we infuse every piece with our good mood along the way!
Creative Moments & Testing New Designs
Between tying knots and assembling orders comes our favorite part—experimenting with fresh ideas. Tables get covered in new material samples as we pair colors and test what harmonizes best.
We try out designs on ourselves, tweak layered combinations, and ask each other: “Girls, what do you think—does this turquoise pop more with gold or natural cord against a summer tan?” It’s in these spontaneous moments that our biggest hits are born, like our Bikini Charms swimwear accessories and seasonal collections.
Packaging Magic Made with Style
As the day winds down, the workshop transforms into an efficient packing station. Unboxing an Ele Pele package is meant to be an experience in itself, so we take extra care with every detail:
