We completely understand the disappointment! Especially during the summer season, our online store can turn into a total whirlwind, with certain pieces disappearing faster than ice cream on the beach. Why does this happen, and why do we keep our inventory intentionally limited? Here is a look into our Jablonec workshop philosophy.
1. We Are an Authentic Handcraft Workshop, Not an Anonymous Factory
We aren't a massive corporation with endless warehouse space or thousands of mass-produced items coming off an assembly line. Every single piece of Ele Pele jewelry is handcrafted right here in Jablonec nad Nisou.
Every cord bracelet, anklet, ring, and necklace passes through our hands multiple times. We carefully tie sliding knots, thread individual beads, and inspect every detail for quality. Our capacity is defined by the skilled hands of our workshop team—and quality will always come before quantity for us!
2. Waiting for the Very Best Components
Quality is our top priority. We use original Japanese Miyuki beads, select surgical steel, Swarovski crystals, and durable cords.
If a specialized bead shade or material runs out, we have to wait for a new shipment from our verified suppliers. Because we refuse to compromise or swap premium components for cheap substitutes, we prefer to temporarily mark an item as sold out rather than send you anything less than 100% perfect.
3. Limited Editions & Seasonal Favorites
Some of our collections (such as our summer Summer 26 bestsellers or seasonal swimwear charms) are designed as limited editions. We want our customers to wear truly original jewelry—without running into every other person on the street wearing the exact same bracelet.
